At N!A Caps we do our best to display product images on our website as accurately as possible. However, depending on the monitor you are using, the rendering of the colour may differ from the original product.

International Orders
Currently N!A Caps only focusses on selling within the borders of Namibia. If you live outside Namibia and would like to make a purchase from us then please just get in contact with us as we would like to cater for your needs where and when possible.
Payment Methods
You may pay for your order via an electronic funds transfer from your bank or by depositing cash into our bank account.
Please note that N!A Caps does not accept cheques as a method of payment.
Order Acceptance
After you place an order using our “Shopping Cart” or any other ordering process, we will verify the information you give us for validity and if we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
The receipt of an electronic confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order and N!A Caps reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.
No order will be processed unless and N!A Caps has cleared funds in its account for the full purchase price of the order, and any delivery or other charges (as applicable).
Return Policy
There is a one week returnable & refundable period if goods are returned in the same condition as received. For manufacturing purposes payment is required prior to dispatch. Only in the case of contractual agreement will orders be sent before receipt of payment. We do replace faulty purchased goods. If a customer returns goods due to a fault, they must contact us in order for us to determine the cause of the fault and to ensure that they have followed our user/ care guide at all times. Please see advice directly from us if unsure.
Disclaimer
No warranties of any kind are either expressed or implied by N!A Caps, only by N!A Caps suppliers.
Applicable Law
N!A Caps is created, operated and controlled by Dench Trading CC within the country of Namibia. All parties involved consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Namibia in connection with any application or action, which either party to the agreement may institute in connection with the agreement, provided that this clause shall not be construed so as to prevent any party to lodge any proceedings in a competent court of jurisdiction over the other party’s principal or registered place of business.
Should N!A Caps succeed in any litigation against you, and/or be awarded costs in any litigation, it will be entitled to be paid its legal costs on an attorney and own client scale, at the rate actually agreed between N!A Caps and its attorneys, which costs are to include the costs of counsel (if employed) and all disbursements.
Termination of Use
N!A Caps may in its sole discretion terminate your account or your use of this website any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. N!A Caps reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of N!A Caps at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
By using this website, you expressly agree that use of N!A Caps and its products and services is at your sole risk. N!A Caps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
